Canadian Climate Exchange Inc. (CCE) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ICE Futures Canada. CCE was created to provide market-based solutions for the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in Canada.

ICE Futures Canada, formerly Winnipeg Commodity Exchange Inc., has been in business continually since 1887, and operates the only fully-electronic commodity derivatives exchange in North America.
